Maureen Allen began her career in the marketing/advertising field as part of the in-house agency at Marshalls, followed by work for various Boston agencies on accounts ranging from Converse, T.J. Maxx, Lechmere, Midas, and Ocean Spray to Filene’s Basement, Star Market, Wells Park Group, Cadbury Beverages, Reebok, and Tribe of Two Sheiks.

In 1998 she joined Dolabany Communications Group, where she initially managed the media needs of Foxwoods Resort Casino and other local clients while earning her bachelor’s degree in marketing from Northeastern University.

After discovering her passion for eLearning, Maureen shifted her focus in 2014 to developing courses and other materials for

Dunkin’, Baskin-Robbins, Boston Scientific, TJX Companies, Staples, and BJ’s Wholesale.

More recently, she and her business partner acquired Dolabany Communications Group, relaunching the company (now Dolabany Group) in 2022 as a media and eLearning agency.

Since 2004, Lisa McGuire has worked as a marketing/advertising professional specializing in broadcast, digital, social, OOH, print, and other media.

After attending the University of Pittsburgh and earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with a minor in Art History/Studio Arts, she joined Dolabany Communications Group as an assistant media buyer. From there she worked at Blitz Media as a media supervisor, then started her own consulting business prior to founding Dolabany Group with her business partner Maureen Allen in 2022.

Over the years, Lisa’s work has spanned HR, QSR, retail, healthcare/pharma, entertainment, and the automotive industry for clients including Wendy’s, Trader Joe’s, Cumberland Farms, American Dental Partners, Foxwoods Resort Casino, Feld Entertainment, US Figure Skating, Alkermes, CambridgeSide Galleria, Honey Dew Donuts, Southcoast Health, CharterCare Health Partners, Prime Auto Group, Boston Children’s Hospital, Minuteman Health, Rockland Trust, Ocean State Job Lot, Not Your Average Joe’s, and FW Webb Company.
